Q: How will I join the live zoom calls?
After you register, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the Zoom details. You’ll also get reminder emails 24 hours before and 1 hour before each session with your unique link to join. Simply click the link at the scheduled time to join the call from your computer, tablet, or phone.
If you can’t attend live, don’t worry — each session will be recorded and the replay link will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
Q: When are the live zoom calls?
We’ll meet on Zoom three times over the 14 days for live coaching, key concepts, Q&A, and practical action steps. Each session builds on the last to keep you moving forward with clarity and confidence. The zoom calls are on:

You’ll join three live 90-minute Zoom sessions over two weeks, with practical coaching, Q&A time, and clear action steps after each call. You’ll also get a workbook, self-check tools, and access to a private Facebook group for ongoing support between sessions.
Q: What if I can’t make a live session?
All sessions are recorded and uploaded to your private course hub within 24 hours, so you can watch (or re-watch) at a time that works for you.
Q: Are there meal plans?
Yes — you’ll get flexible & individual meal templates with lots of options, plus smart swaps to suit different preferences and food intolerances. These plans are created specifically for midlife women, who want to lose belly fat and boost brain clarity, tailored to work with your unique biology for better hormonal balance, metabolism, and cognitive function.
Q: I’ve tried other programs before — how is this different?
This course is designed for midlife women, using strategies backed by science and tailored for your changing hormones, metabolism, and brain chemistry. It’s practical, focused, and built to fit into your life — not take it over.
Q: Will I need to buy special supplements or products?
Not necessarily — everything you need to start is included in the course. I’ll make evidence-based supplement suggestions for those who want extra support, but nothing is required to get results.
Q: How much time will I need to commit?
Plan for about 2–3 hours per week — that includes the live session, reviewing your workbook, and putting your action steps into practice.
Q: Is this suitable if I’m postmenopausal or on HRT?
Yes — the strategies are designed to work whether you’re peri-, postmenopausal, or using hormone therapy. You’ll learn how to adapt the tools to your personal needs.
Q: Can I join from outside Australia?
Absolutely — the course is online, and you can join from anywhere. If the live session time doesn’t suit your time zone, you can watch the recordings and still connect with the community.
Q: I’m in perimenopause / menopause — is this suitable?
Yes. It’s built around hormone‑safe nutrition, gentle fasting windows, and Green Mediterranean principles, tailored to midlife physiology.
Q: Will I lose weight in 14 days?
You’ll learn and apply strategies that support waistline changes; some women notice losses off their waist and better energy within two weeks, however we avoid crash dieting and focus on sustainable metabolic shifts.
Q: I have a health condition / take medication — can I join?
Yes, but please check with your GP/specialist if you have any questions or concerns about your medications. The program is educational; it doesn’t replace personalised medical advice.
