Cancellation Policy
Bonus 30 Minute Private Consultation Policy This complimentary 30-minute one-on-one consultation with Vanessa Hitch is offered exclusively as a bonus to eligible participants of the Your Midlife Brain & Belly Reboot LIVE course. Eligibility Limited to the first 10 course registrants, as determined by GenX Reset. Each booking link is valid for one individual only and must match the name of the registered participant. GenX Reset reserves the right to confirm eligibility and may withdraw or reallocate the bonus if criteria are not met. Rescheduling & Cancellations Consultations may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will forfeit the session. As this is a complimentary bonus, no refunds or financial credits apply. Conditions of Use Consultations are educational in nature and do not replace personalised medical care. The bonus consult cannot be transferred, exchanged, or sold. Booking times are subject to Vanessa’s availability and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Discretion GenX Reset reserves the right to: Decline or cancel a booking if eligibility requirements are not met. Reallocate unused or forfeited sessions to another participant at its discretion.
